Penicillin-like antibiotics

Beta-lactam antibiotics are a broad class of antibiotics which include penicillin derivatives, cephalosporins, monobactams, carbapenems and Beta-lactamase inhibitors; basically any antibiotic agent which contains a Beta-lactam nucleus in its molecular structure.
